“Prior to the chinking being installed it would take us about 24 hours to heat the house even with the fireplace roaring. In March, we arrived and it was about 30 degrees outside and felt colder inside. We turned on the heat and by the time we unpacked the car which took about 30 minutes you could already tell a big difference in the temperature. Within an hour the house was completely warm. I can now put my hand on a crack between the logs and not feel the outside air. The heating bill dropped dramatically. We could not be happier with the results…Wood House Log Homes did a beautiful job on the chinking, we know it took a long time but the outcome was well worth the wait.” (the cabin is in Wears Valley, TN)
